Please note:

  • Requests are analyzed on a first-come, first-served basis; 
  • Please allow 10 working days for a response; 
  • A delay of up to 60 days is required to obtain your permit;
  • That the analysis of the application, as well as the 60-day delay, begins only when the application submitted is declared valid and complete by the municipal officer; 
  • That an application received without the necessary documents and/or information will be declared incomplete and refused.
  • Price for the business permit: $220
  • Price for the complementary residential use permit (in my house): $110

READ CAREFULLY

Validity of a business permit (usage authorization certificate): A business permit is valid from the date of issue until December 31 of the same year.

*If any changes have occurred or are planned for the current permit (initially issued permit), please request a new permit from the municipality.

Renewal of the usage authorization certificate: It is the responsibility of the business owner to ensure the renewal of the usage authorization certificate each year. Please submit the renewal application no later than January 31.
