This notice describes the personal information protection policies and practices applied by the Municipality of (hereinafter the “Municipality”) in connection with this service (hereinafter the “Service”).
Personal Information Collected
Information, which relates to a natural person and which allows him to be identified, directly or indirectly, is personal information (“PI”).

Mode of collection and consent
Personal information is collected directly from the citizen. The PI provided must be accurate, complete and up-to-date.

It will generally not be possible to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information for the management and administration of the Service by the Municipality. Indeed, the uses of collected PI that are described above are required for the purposes of managing and operating the Service. Thus, although you have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information, if necessary, the Municipality will no longer be able to give you access to the Service.

Your personal information is accessible only to Municipality staff members who need access to it in the performance of their duties.

Browsing cookies and Google Analytics
Navigation cookies
Navigation cookies (commonly called "cookies") are used to facilitate and optimize your navigation on the Service. Cookies consist of files that are downloaded and stored on a device used for browsing the Internet. The cookies used by the Municipality do not allow the collection of personal information about users.
Most browsers used to access the Internet accept cookies by default. A user can, at any time, modify the privacy settings of his browser to block cookies or delete those that are already stored. This action does not prevent access to the Service, but may affect its performance during your visit.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You will be able to consult the personal information that the Municipality has collected or obtained about you through the use of the Service, verify its accuracy and modify it if necessary, subject however to exceptions provided for in the law. Requests for access and rectification are free. However, reasonable fees may be charged for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of your personal information. Your request for access or rectification should be sent to the office of the Privacy Officer at the coordinates found below and will be processed in accordance with applicable requirements.
Automated processing
If the Municipality implements a decision-making process that is based exclusively on automated processing (without human intervention) of personal information, and which relies solely on an algorithm, you will be informed of this and will be informed of your right to present your observations on this decision.
Portability
You will be able to obtain, upon request, a copy of the personal information that has been collected or obtained about you through the use of the Service. In the absence of serious practical difficulties, you may request that your personal information be communicated to you in a structured and commonly used technological format.
