Please note:
- Requests are analyzed on a first-come, first-served basis;
- Please allow 10 working days for a response;
- A delay of up to 60 days is required to obtain a regular permit;
- That the analysis of the application, as well as the 60-day delay, begins only when the application submitted is declared valid and complete by the municipal officer;
- That this permit may be expedited only if there are no constraints on the land (mass movement, wetland, connectivity territory, watercourse);
- That a response time of 72 working hours is required for an accelerated permit; the permit may be issued when the application is declared complete and paid for;
- That an application received without the necessary documents and/or information will be declared incomplete and refused.
Attention
Please note that a separate form is required for all other accessory constructions (gazebo, pergola, veranda, etc.). Please complete the appropriate form, otherwise your application will be refused.
