Please note:
Requests are analyzed on a first-come, first-served basis;
Please allow 10 working days for a response;
A delay of up to 60 days is required to obtain your permit;
That the analysis of the application, as well as the 60-day delay, begins only when the application submitted is declared valid and complete by the municipal officer;
That an application received without the necessary documents and/or information will be declared incomplete and refused.
That this permit may be expedited only for the following structures with a surface area of 15 square metres or less (161 square feet), and if there are no constraints on the land (mass movement, wetland, connectivity territory, watercourse) and the property is not located in a sector where a site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) is applicable:
Sheds, domestic greenhouses, wood sheds or other accessory buildings that will not be used as chicken houses. No fill in or at the top of the slope, or cut or excavation in or at the base of the slope.

Please note that a different form applies to patios, terraces, balconies and galleries. Please complete the appropriate form, otherwise your application will be refused.
