Request for authorization to hold an event on the territory

Please note:

Requests must be sent at least 90 days before the date of the event to be considered. 

Each request received will be analyzed by the Municipality's technical committee. If the recommendation is positive, a letter signed by the general manager will be sent to you.

Event description

Do you plan to advertise on the territory? 
If so, you must comply with the provisions of the Permits and Certificates By-law and the current Zoning By-law.
Do you plan to broadcast music? 
If so, you must comply with the regulations concerning the maintenance of public peace and good order.
Please note that if the sites are on private land, written authorizations from the owner(s) are required.
Are you planning a road closure?

Do you plan to use structures on the site?

Do you plan to sell products on the site?
If yes, please specify :

List of documents to be provided

  • List of project partners, including their role in the project and the person in charge
  • Proof of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1 million
  • A detailed site plan, including the location of structures, entrances and exits, etc. 
  • A signage plan in case of road closure, including : 
    • Names of roads involved
    • Location of proposed detour
    • Location of road signs
  • A list of sites to be visited, including authorizations from the landowner(s) concerned, if applicable.

It is the organizer's responsibility to notify the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais police of his event.
