What you need to know before obtaining this permit

The cost of the permit is $30. The cost of a permit renewal is set at 50% of the initial cost.
Work must begin within six (6) months of the building permit being issued.

List of documents to be provided

Site plan, to scale with dimensions, illustrating :
- Location of existing and proposed buildings;
- Lot dimensions and area;
- Location of trees and wooded areas;
- Location of any watercourses, wetlands, etc.
