Reminder: Current Watering Regulations

With summer temperatures and increased demand for drinking water, we would like to remind residents served by the water system of the current watering regulations. Adhering to these measures helps conserve our water resources and ensure an adequate supply for the entire community.

Summary of Bylaw 1341-25:

The schedule for mechanical and automatic lawn watering is as follows:

• Tuesday for occupants of dwellings with addresses ending in 0, 1 or 2
• Wednesday for occupants of dwellings with addresses ending in 3, 4 or 5
• Thursday for occupants of dwellings with addresses ending in 6 or 7
• Friday for occupants of dwellings with addresses ending in 8 or 9

The schedule for mechanical and automatic watering of gardens, shrubs, or trees is as follows:

• Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. for properties whose address ends in an even number, when it is not raining
• Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. for properties whose address ends in an odd number, when it is not raining.

Monday is a no-watering day: watering plants, washing vehicles, and filling swimming pools and hot tubs are prohibited.
